CT Micro Quality Statement
CT Micro’s primary goal is moving towards Zero Defect. To achieve this goal CT Micro apply stringent control on quality from design, manufacturing to testing. Because our journey starts from design, DFMEA is used during this stage to understand and recognize the design so early improvement can be done. During manufacturing process, statistical process control (SPC) is used to monitor each process with tight UCL & LCL to keep the process control tight. This allows only small deviation ensuring good and stable process. Multiple tests are used at our testing to ensure the test program will screen all defects effectively. To keep our commitment to the quality CT Micro performs Real-Time-Reliability (RTR) periodically to ensure the products are within the required quality standard.
